Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Rate calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Rate calculated at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Rate calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. [If applicable: We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.]

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at salesdept@kandlize.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Kandlize is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at salesdept@kandlize.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
